Cancellations & Refunds

Coaching Sessions

Eva Ruland has a 24h cancellations policy for coaching sessions. If you cancel within 24h or do not show up for a session the full coaching fee will be charged.

Event Cancellations [workshops and groups]

Please allow at least 48h for event cancellations.

Refund policy: We will refund you for your full payment minus a 5% transaction fee for cancellations within up to 5 days prior to the event. For cancellations btw 48h and 5 days prior to the event we refund 50% or offer to transfer the full amount toward another event.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates can only be redeemed for services, not for cash.
