September 22 | 2-5:30pm | Berkeley | $78
Come and Take Stock of What You Have.
In the northern hemisphere the fall equinox marked old harvest festivals. It was and is a time to take stock, celebrate and prepare for winter. This is a wonderful time to look at our metaphorical harvest and count our blessings. It is also a time to become clear on what really matters and what is needed for winter, literally as well as metaphorically.
Come and create your equinox collage; bring forth images of important things you have experienced, accomplished and received. The collage you create and take home can provide "nourishment" throughout times of winter. It will help you align yourself with trust and hope when things look less promising. The collaging process itself is fun and grounding. No artistic background necessary.
This collage workshop is process oriented. It is structured to facilitate your emsion into your own collage and ends with sharing our collages with the group. Feel the power of speaking out loud and the support and insights others can inspire.
