Visioning + Collage Workshop

Creating Clarity and Hope

Collage by Eva Ruland.*

Participants of the past visioning + collage workshops say: "A great way to gain perspective and insights—highly recommended!" • "Powerful!" • "Gives you an opportunity to see your life with fresh eyes & imagine possibilities."

Finding closure with the Old and embracing new possibilities for an amazing year to come.

When we are ready to leave something behind, the doors to a new reality open. This workshop combines a review of the old (your experience of 2017) with a peek into possibilities for the new year and a reflection on what matters most. As a result, you can gain closure where it is needed, and become free to start envisioning possibilities for 2018. You will then make a collage in which you express either that which ended in 2017, or your wishes and hopes for the future. You will leave with a sense of completion, ready for the New Year.

I guide you safely through the entire process using guided visualization for reviewing the past and visioning the future, and a proven 4-step process to create your collage. The workshop is easy to follow and structured to ensure that you will go deep into yourself as well as complete your collage. No artistic background or aptitude is necessary.

All materials are included. Feel free to bring personal images.

December 30, 2017 | 1:30 - 4:45pm | Berkeley

Cost: $95 includes materials. Limited to 8 participants.
